The fox lady`s mysterious business has finally a new look!
I am very pleased although it took like 2 weeks(!) to find out the best way to do the code for the background, haha... :--D I haven`t ever used any codes and first I was a little lost but luckily I found some useful websites.
..but well there is also a new problem... Suddenly blogger doesn`t let me add images to my posts("Tag is broken: IMG"), greaaaat! What I did wrong, aaaght.. D--: Well, I hope that I`ll find out how to fix it. : (
//edit: I am not sure what was wrong but I managed to fix things! I changed "the text editor" back to the old version and now everything is fine again. :--)

ReplyDeleteShouldn't you be able to post in blogger without using code, too? I never use code, I use the "simple" way of posting and use a given template for my layout?
Hope you figure it out soon, can't wait to see your new pictures!!!
Vilde: Thanks! ;') I was very pleased when I finally understood how to add the background, but well, that was until I noticed the new problem...
ReplyDeleteI think that I won`t give up yet and I can always try to return to the old "layout" ( what ever it is called) and try again or something... But it would be a pity to return permanently to some simple layout after all this effort. : (

I also add my pictures just using the simplest way I know (I just click "add the image" etc) but I guess that something went wrong when I cahnged the code.. First I chose a simple given template and then I added a new part of code (that includes the background picture) there and maybe I did "broke" the code somehow. : ( Well, if nothing helps I can always take the background away and return to a very simple template. : <

ReplyDeleteDarling, with some of the templates you can simply upload the "background" anyway.
ReplyDeleteIn blogger, you go to "design", then pick the template that shows the central part and the background as different, click on background, then you should be able to upload your own image from your computer, and choose whether to tile it or not??
I tried it out with a new blog I've been working on, and it worked fine

Kun vaihdoin ton jonkun tekstieditorin (uudesta versiosta takaisin vanhaan editoriin) nii sit kaikki toimikin normaalisti. : o
ReplyDeleteMonika: Oh no, I didn`t realize that! : o I tried a few different templates and I tested how you can change their look but it seems to be that I tried wrong ones... But at least now I know that there is also an easier way. : )
..but luckily I managed to fix the problem! : ) I am not sure what really was wrong but when I changed texteditor back to the old version, everything started to work normally. Yay!

mulla olikin kai tosta semmonen vanhempi versio, joka samanlainen kai paitsi flicka vähän eri näköinen tai jotain. ;---)
