Today it has been such a lazy day, huh I have spent hours and hours with my computer (I don`t even dare to say how many hours haha...). I should do a few illustrations for school and read for exams but I am really good at avoiding compulsory things like that eeeeeh...
I have been looking through some old photos, mostly during about three years. On friday it was my last normal day in high school! It feels so strange, I am a little sad when I think all those lovely people who I won`t see so often now. : (
Uught, I have also been looking at some old pics of me with different hairstyles. : D There hasn`t been anything too radical, during latest three years my hair has been dark brown, reddish/ red (I tried about 4 different tones of red) and orange. My hair used to be pretty short for a few years until about an year ago I decided to let it grow longer.
Finally my hair starts to feel long and I am trying to return to my real haircolour. Though I am afraid that I`ll have to re-dye it brown because I noticed that my hair have started to look like reddish again and the roots are much darker than other hair... : )
Sometimes I miss my orange hair so much and I`d like to just give up on growing my own colour... Also idea about dying my hair black/dark brown facinates me, for some reason I didn`t keep it dark for long back then. But nooo, I must stay strong haha!
I took some photos of my clothes to put on poupeegirl , it was fun! Sometimes I have tried to take some outfit pics that I could post here but it always turns out to be a hard thing to do. Maybe I`ll ask my friends to help me sometimes. : )
All the pictures above are things that I got as Christmas presents. The golden bow is from my friend Janita and my another friend Riikka made those two other bows for me. : ) The mint green lace dress and the orange shirt were bought in Spain (by my parents). I am in love with that dress aaa! <3
I also managed to scan some sketches of mine! I just finished my sketchbook, I should buy a new one soon. :--)

ReplyDeleteihana postaus! tosi hauska kattoa kuinka esim. sun hiukset on noinkin paljon kasvanu ja tyyli muuttunu, kun näkee ite sua niin usein niin ei kiinnitä niin paljon huomiota tommosiin pidemmän ajan muutoksiin:) mut kyllä ehdottomasti hyvään suuntaan on menossa, vaikka noi vanhatkin lookit kyllä niin kivoja;)noi luonnoikset on kans ihania, tykkän erityisesti tosta vikasta sivusta!!

I wish I could get away with so many hair colours! I'm blonde, and wouldn't really suit anything else. Maybe red/ginger at a push. I have hair jealousy, haha. I love yours, in all those styles!

ReplyDeleteHehe thanks I guess. ; ) But blonde is a good colour to have, many people would be jealous! It could be fun to try blonde hair but I am afraid that it wouldn`t suit me because my own colour is like medium brown... At least my roots would look like terrible aha. : D But if you really wanna change haircolour sometimes maybe ginger could be perfect for you! Or something like strawberry blonde (something like this http://s63.photobucket.com/albums/h125/Nopa_pictures/?action=view¤t=main_pic01.jpg&newest=1, it`s like light orange..?), it could look great! :>

Noora: Sometimes I just wonder what it'd be like to have other colours! I'd like to get it lightened, I used to be almost white blonde when I was little (it's kind of straw colour now). I'd just worry it'd damage my hair- although I'd definitely get it done at a salon, no way am I trusting myself to dye my own hair! I might try and save up so I can get it highlighted or lightened before prom :')
ReplyDeleteStrawberry blonde's cute! I love ginger hair but a lot of people in my area seem to have a thing for teasing redheads. I love the colour though, it's so pretty. They all must be jealous.
Molly: I totally understand, it is a lot of fun to try something a little different and a new haircolour may change the way you look more than you could expect .:> In a good way! And of course coloured hair has always wonderful shades.. : ) I used to be a blonde as a kid too which is almost hard to believe in these days... I think that (also dyed) white hair looks like great on some people too, usually when your natural colour is pretty light already. 8)
ReplyDeleteAnd yeah, it is a good choice to a salon, I have tried a couple of times places where students dye/cut your hair (they are studying to be hairdressers of course), it is cheaper and the students are usually talented! : > I wish you good luck what ever you are going to do with your hair! c:
I`d love to try it (strawberry blonde) someday but uuuh I must not think about such a thing at the moment haha... : > And how strange, I guess that people are very different about things like that. : o I have read something similar on Internet but I don`t understand that kind of behaviour... : ( Here were I me and my all friends would kill for ginger hair and everyone who I know thinks that it is adorable to have red hair -especially naturally. I am sure that they are only jealous because red hair is not so common, personally I think that it is like the best haircolour to have. :) silly people....
Noora: I think a lot of people got the 'hate gingers' thing from South Park's "Gingers have no souls". How strange, to follow the ideas of a cartoon (which were probably intended to be a joke in the first place)! I don't know this for sure though.
ReplyDeleteI think a lot of it is light hearted, but some people can be really nasty about it! I suppose bullies will happily pick out any difference from someone and use it to tease them. I think red hair is lovely though.
Molly: Huh, sounds pretty strange but you never know... : o I have no idea what happened in that South Park episody though, to be honest I have watched it like 2 episodes and that happened many years ago... : D
ReplyDeleteYeah, I also believe that many people don`t probably fully mean what they say but of course that is pretty thoughtless because someone might be hurt very badly. : ( And I agree, some people can`t stand the fact that people are all different...
