Happy Valentine! <3
Today has been such a good day for me -though it began a little badly... I almost missed an important listening test at school because my bus didn`t arrive but I ended up taking taxi with a lady who was also in a hurry (she happened to be a teacher who had to get to her school because they were having the same "national" test there) and everything turned out well. : )
In January I ordered quite many things from different online stores and finally some of them arrived! : >
Recently I have been excited about Japanese fashion magazine Popteen, that I have read via some livejournals and at last I decided to order 2 magazines from Ebay.
It is so much fun to look at all those pretty pictures -although I don`t understand a word, haha. :) I just like how the whole magazine is full of nice pictures and the models are really cute. The Popteen magazines have a lot of make-up tutorials and all kind of inspiring fashion shoots.
My 17-year-old brother wasn`t very impressed when he saw the magazines... :D He found their look rather disturbing but in fact I am not surprised: most of the models are wearing false eyelashes, circle lenses, hair extensions etc.
What about me then, well I think that I wouldn`t want to wear "proper" gyaru make-up daily because it could be hard to be without all those "beauty-things" after getting used to them +I think that more "natural look" is better for me. The gyaru-style looks like mostly pretty to me but I also love very natural kind of beauty so I think that I`ll mainly absorb some inspiration. : ) To be honest I even own circle lenses (I though that it would be interesting to see how I`d look) but I should buy the cleaning solution for them so I haven`t even tried them yet.
Some time ago I found lovely Cath Kidston via Molly`s blog and I fell in love! I have some kind of crazy obsession with all kind of floral prints and Cath Kidston has tons of pretty floral bags! <3 I had hard time while choosing what to order and at last I ordered this big "travelling bag"
(my bad photo makes it look like so grey...)
and this cute cosmetic case! They are both adorable but unfortunately I couldn`t get any good photos of them. : <
Their whole store is full of everything lovely, aaa, I think that next time I`ll have to order another bag and their cute bath cap... ;)

Ohh those cakes are so cute! Cath Kidston is quite big here in England! People are always trying to copy her 'roses' flower design, but I think it's best if you get an original. The bag is really nice! I have some little Cath Kidston moisturisers myself, but they smell a little too flowery for my taste and my skin's kinda sensitive so it can't really handle the perfume in it. They're very pretty though!

And it is kind of silly when you come across with obvious copies of some "trade stuff", errh money seems to be so important... ^^' And those moisturisers sound cool too, I wish I could just order their whole production! maybe little by little... >: D

ReplyDeleteaww I lost my heart for that pattern too (plus turquoise/some kind of mint blue have been my favourite colour since nursery school..!) and I want their all flower bags :''o
